Your water

Know the number before anyone quotes you.

Hardness determines how the system gets sized. A softener sized for 10 grains installed on a 16-grain supply will regenerate constantly, burn salt and still let hardness through — the single most common reason a homeowner tells us their last system “stopped working.”

FAQs

Common questions, answered.

How much does a whole-home water system cost in the Houston area?

The Complete Home System is $3,500 installed — whole-home softening with carbon filtration plus tankless reverse osmosis for drinking water. That price includes standard installation, programming, pressure testing and a lifetime warranty. No separate install fee, no maintenance contract, and no same-day-only version of the number.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Tanks, valves, housings and all major components against manufacturer defects and normal-use failure for as long as you own the system. If something fails, we repair or replace it at no charge. The warranty transfers to a buyer if you sell the home.

Is installation really included?

Yes. Standard installation across the Greater Houston area is included in the price — plumbing connections, bypass valve, system programming, full pressure test and a walkthrough so you know how everything works.

Which areas do you serve?

The Greater Houston area and roughly two hours out from Katy, including Cypress, Fulshear, Richmond, Rosenberg, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Tomball, Spring, The Woodlands, Hockley, Waller, Brookshire, Pearland and Houston proper. If you do not see your city, call us — we probably cover you.

How long does installation take?

Three to five hours for most whole-home systems. Our licensed installers test everything before they leave and haul away all packaging and any old equipment.

Who actually installs the system?

A TCEQ-licensed water treatment specialist or a licensed plumber, as Texas law requires for contracted installations.

How often do filters need to be replaced?

Most systems need attention every 6 to 12 months depending on use and supply. We give you a schedule specific to your equipment and your water at the walkthrough.

Will a system affect my water pressure?

No. Systems are sized and plumbed to maintain the flow your home already has. If your pressure is already low, we will tell you the likely cause during the visit.
